How do I slow down in talking?

I think there is a strong correlation between fear and stammering. When I say fear, I am not talking just about stage ... and ergo stutter less or not at all.

Hi, im 16 and i struggle in talking with my friends sometimes. When i have conversations, its a little hard for because ... to know what im going to say next ?

Do you guys have ever struggled with greeting certain persons? In my case, I struggle a lot greeting with certain ... it's like I can't figure it out how.

I was told my stuttering f"*" up the flow of a conversation. Then I thought almost every day I leave my house I either have an awkward moment. Do you have that experience???
